The 2024 Jury of Fellows from the American Institute of Architects has elevated seven AIA Seattle Members to its College of Fellows.
The elevated architects are: Ann Marie Borys (University of Washington Department of Architecture); Douglas Ito (SMR Architects); J. Todd Scott (King County Historic Preservation Office); Jim Hanford (The Miller Hull Partnership); John Shoesmith (Perkins Eastman); Kathrina Simonen (University of Washington/Carbon Leadership Forum); and Robert Misel (The Miller Hull Partnership).
The fellowship program was developed to elevate architects who have achieved a standard of excellence in the profession and made a significant contribution to architecture and society on a national level.
